Artwork Presented to Winners
In five award categories of the NLAC Arts Awards, winners are presented with a piece of original art. These award categories are: Artist of the Year, Emerging Artist, Arts Achievement, Arts in Education and Patron of the Arts.
Each year since 2005 the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council has put out a call for proposals inviting visual artists and fine craft persons to submit proposals for the creation of five pieces of artwork to be presented at the Arts Awards.
